How do I cancel?

Account settings -> Billing -> Cancel. Two clicks, no questions, no exit interview.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. The refund button sits in account settings during the first 30 days of any new paid period. One click. No email needed.

Where does my data live?

Hosted in Germany, on machines we operate ourselves. Full details: /security.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Account settings -> Export. JSON file with everything you put into the product.

Can you build feature X?

Maybe. We read every reply. If five people ask for the same thing, it usually moves up the list. Write to one of us directly.
